Students are being asked to research and write, your findings about: Fair Labor and Standard Act of 1938 & Fair Minimum Wage Act 2007, which has later re-entered the agenda and the policy formation process. This policy has been altered many times, please only focus on 1938 and 2007 only. If you discuss other times it has been amended I will deduct points. 

Each student will need to describe what their original policy entailed (Fair Labor and Standard Act of 1938 ) and what and why changes were considered and actually made years later.
