crisis communication plan

Develop a crisis communication plan for an organization of your choice. Include a social media policy. 

Plan should be no less than five pages long and include, at a minimum, the following items:  

  • Title page (with clear identification of organization) 
  • Statement of purpose 
  • Scope 
  • Situations and assumptions 
  • Audience profile 
  • Chains of command/approval processes (operations) 
  • Key communication strategies 
  • Delegation of responsibilities 
  • Evaluation of communication efforts 
  • Guidelines specific to social media use 
